How does it work?

This is a digital product only—no physical items will be shipped. Follow these step-by-step instructions to access your files:

• Add to Cart & Checkout; click on the "Add to cart" or “Buy” button and proceed to checkout.
• Confirm Your Purchase; once your payment is processed and confirmed, you’ll receive an email to download your PDF file.
• Download the Complete Package; the PDF file you download will contain three links to access: Color Palette, Paint Guide, Painting Project Planner. Click on each link to download the full content.
• Happy Painting; explore the materials, get inspired, and bring your painting project to life with confidence.

Custom and personalized orders

You can request an individual consultation for interior design, décor questions, or a custom color palette by purchasing the appropriate digital service listing in the shop.

Shipping

If you purchased an INSTANT DOWNLOAD listing, you will receive the link to your email immediately. Due to the large size of some product files, please use the link provided in the PDF to download the files from Google Drive. You will be emailed right away if anything changes or updates are required.

How quickly will I receive my downloads after purchase?

Your digital product will be available for automatic download once your payment is processed. All pre-made color palettes are accessible via instant download.

How long do I have access to the color palette guides?

You have lifetime access to the pre-made color palettes, but only for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds aren't accepted. If you have any questions, send me a message or email contact@patapau.com before making a purchase.

Returning customers can apply for a discount, just write me the direct message or e-mail me contact@patapau.com with your previo order number and the new listing you have your eye on.
